Yes we require credit cards to hold bookings. Your credit card will only be charged if you provide less than 48 hours notice, no show or if your payment card at the time of treatment was declined.

You are welcome to dress down to your comfort level. Our therapists will perform proper draping to ensure you will be completely covered except for the area we are working on at the time. We will obtain your consent prior to the treatment and discuss your preferences. If you prefer to wear active wear we can adjust your treatment accordingly.
We are happy to answer any questions at the time of booking.

Not at this time, we will provide you with your receipt to submit your claim with your provider. Most benefit plans include RMT!

We ask that you provide 24 hours notice for cancellations to avoid a charge to your credit card.
100% charge to your card for no-shows
50% charge will result for less than 24h notice
