  • We accept debit, Visa, MasterCard, AMEX and cash.

  • Yes we require credit cards to hold bookings. Your credit card will only be charged if you provide less than 48 hours notice, no show or if your payment card at the time of treatment was declined.

  • You are welcome to dress down to your comfort level. Our therapists will perform proper draping to ensure you will be completely covered except for the area we are working on at the time. We will obtain your consent prior to the treatment and discuss your preferences. If you prefer to wear active wear we can adjust your treatment accordingly.  

    We are happy to answer any questions at the time of booking.

  • Yes, for BC residents. We will provide you with the receipt to claim your benefits should you need or wish to submit on your own. Most benefit plans include RMT!

  • Not at this time. However, if you are looking for a treatment that does not specifically pertain to your injury we are happy to help you

  • We ask that you provide 24 hours notice for cancellations to avoid a charge to your credit card.

    100% charge to your card for no-shows

    50% charge will result for less than 24h notice
